All County Honors Chorus

Taelyn and Bailey were able to participate in the All County Honors Choir for Elementary and Middle schools this year. I wish I would of been able to record it but I need to get my camera looked at. They did a wonderful job. They had a month of staying after school to practice the songs, then on the day it took place they joined together with the other schools for an all day practice session for the performance at night.

This was the elementary schools. There were 9 elementary schools all together and each school at at least 10 kids there. The Elementary kids sang 5 songs. "Flight of the Grackles", "Humpty Dumpty", "Jump to the Rhythm", "Over the Sea to Sky" and "Sing of Joy". They had a special director come in to help and teach them.

Bailey is singing Alto.

There were 5 middle schools that performed together. They had a great group of kids. They also 5 songs. "Can You Hear?", "Kyrie Eleison", "Inscription of Hope", "Amanti Utupe", and "Jordan's Angels". After the middle school did their songs the elementary kids came back to the stage and performed one more song with the middle school kids. They sang "Al Shhlosah D'Varim".

My Beautiful Singers. It was a wonderful musical evening.
