I thought I would update real quick as it is almost February. For Christmas Eve our family(my family, Jeff's Family, Steven's Family, Mom & Dad and Holly's family who had come up from Texas for Christmas) had a progressive dinner and talent night. We started out at my brother Jeff's house. We had appetizers there. The kids then had a piano/trumpet recital. Kaisey and Bailey did a duet together, they also each played a solo piece.
Taelyn played Jolly old St. Nicolas. She learned it all by herself as she is not taking lessons right now.
McKay played a trumpet solo. He is doing very well considering he just started playing in August.
After Jeff's house we went to my parents house and had dinner. The kids then put on the Nativity. They were all so cute. Kaisey played Christmas Hymns to go along with the story. Bailey was Mary, McKay was a Shepard, Taelyn a wiseman. We then all went over to my house for dessert and visiting. It was a fun evening.
