I thought that I would make a cupcake a week in September. Why? Because I think it is fun to do and cupcakes are yummy! So this is the first one I did this month. It is a Mint Chocolate cupcake. It is a chocolate cupcake with andes mint pieces baked in it. It then has as Mint cream cheese frosting topped with more andes mint pieces on top. They are really yummy! Now to think what to make for next week?
